Jose Reyes left the yard and had 2 RBI as the sizzling Craig Boys of Summer
defeated the Tyler Baseball Stars in 10 innings by the score of 7 to 6 at
Coors Field.
The score was tied at 6 after nine. Craig was victorious in the 10th inning.
Ryan Howard delivered a solo blast (his 9th of the season) giving Craig the
win and sending the home town fans into a frenzy. Craig totaled 11 hits on
the afternoon.
The winning pitcher was Joakim Soria(3-0) who allowed no runs in 1 inning. Joe
Smith(0-1) took the loss in relief. With the win, Craig continues their
noteworthy winning streak.

At Minute Maid Park the Jessica 2 much baseball easily handled the John Fab 9
by the score of 8 to 4.
Jessica brought 5 runs across the plate in the 7th inning. Jessica finished
with 11 hits while John ended up with 8.
The victory went to Brad Lidge(1-2) who went 1 and 1/3 innings, allowing 1
run. Craig Breslow was credited with his 1st save. The loss was charged to
Francisco Rodriguez(1-2) in relief. He surrendered 3 runs and 1 hit in 1/3
of an inning.

At Busch Stadium the Trevor Fencebusters outscored the Jason Stapley Luck 6 to
3.
Carlos Zambrano(1-4) labored throughout the game but hung around to record a
victory. He gave up 9 hits and no walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. Despite
losing, Jason out-hit Trevor 12 to 6.
Joe Nathan recorded his 3rd save. A.J. Burnett(2-2) was charged with the loss.
With this win, Trevor has a 6-13 record. They have been 4-6 lately. With
the loss, Jason has a record of 3-7 lately, 9-10 overall.

Jason Bay touched them all and had 2 RBI as the Terry Blast U Balls beat the
Ben Free K Mitchell by a score of 4 to 3.
Terry delivered all the runs required in the 8th inning when they tallied 4
runs on 5 hits. The key offensive moment was provided by Bay who made the
crowd come alive when he smashed a two-run homer (his 3rd of the season).
Terry finished with 9 hits in the victory.
The victory was credited to Cole Hamels(2-2) who went 8 innings, allowing 3
runs. Hamels got help from Brian Fuentes who was credited with his 4th save.
Cory Wade(0-2) absorbed the loss in relief. He allowed 2 hits and no walks
in 2/3 of an inning.

Homeruns- C.Ross(2nd), T.Glaus(6th), D.Uggla(4th)
Cody Ross had 4 hits and 5 RBI at Fenway Park as the Sam Mighty Acorns,
running on all cylinders, ripped the Loni Green Monstahs by a large 15 to 4
margin.
Ross was really in 'the zone'. He doubled plating two runs in the 1st inning,
smashed a bases-empty 'big-fly' (his 2nd of the season) in the 3rd inning,
stroked a one-base hit knocking in a run in the 6th inning and banged out a
single resulting in a run in the 7th inning. Sam bats were very productive
in the 5th inning scoring 5 runs and the 6th inning when they had 4 runs on 6
hits. Sam had 20 hits for the night while Loni had 11.
Daisuke Matsuzaka(2-0) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 7 innings.
Dana Eveland(0-1) was the loser. He allowed a few too many baserunners
giving up 8 hits and 5 walks in 4 and 2/3 innings.
